Introduction

This virtual classroom seminar will build upon existing delegate knowledge and explore the problems encountered by prosecutors when handling private prosecutions, as well as the problems caused by the court and defendants.

Where the Police, Crime, Sentencing & Courts Act 2022 or the Judicial Review & Courts Act 2022 have implemented changes to legislation, the course will include these updates where relevant to subject matter.
