Competition law and enforcement is a perennial concern for clients in the pharma sector since this is a rapidly changing area, due to increased enforcement and frequent appeals and litigation in pharma cases.

This virtual classroom session will bring you up to date on the recent cases and judgments relevant to the pharma sector in the EU and UK.

The content is suitable for all UK regions and Europe and is suitable for anyone advising on competition law in the pharmaceutical sectors or who has clients in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry and is advising on compliance issues including competition law.

    • Theories of harm in pharma mergers and innovation and ‘killer acquisitions’
    • Guidance on referral mechanism in Article 22 EUMR in relation to pharmaceutical and biotech sectors
