The Enigma of Encrochat

Introduction

This highly topical virtual classroom seminar will focus on the large number of Venetic ‘encrochat cases’ going through the courts.

The live broadcast will explore how to understand arguments, rulings and crucially what evidence was added in those cases by the Crown to ensure the admissibility of evidence.

This session will include the latest IPT decision, also covered will be the limitation of attribution when no handset is recovered, as well as the reliability of encrochat geodata.
