Introduction

Self-defence is one of the commonest defences run in the criminal courts, however, it is important to get it right as there have been many developments in the last few years.

This virtual classroom seminar takes a thoroughly practical look at the law in this area, with real-life examples. It is aimed at both the prosecution and defence, and it is a must for advocates on both sides as well as those advising clients, for example, at the police station.
