Elizabeth Ovey

Barrister, Radcliffe Chambers. Elizabeth has over 35 years’ experience in pensions law and is ranked as a leader in her field by Chambers UK Bar and The Legal 500 UK Bar. Elizabeth acts for firms principally in connection with occupational pension schemes of various sizes and has also acted for both the Pensions Ombudsman and the Pensions Regulator. In addition, Elizabeth is a part-time judge of the Upper Tribunal.
