Sophie Wood

Sophie is a criminal litigator at Kingsley Napley, who advises and acts for individual and corporate clients subjected to criminal and regulatory investigations and prosecutions led by the Health and Safety Executive, Environment Agency and Trading Standards – alongside many other enforcement agencies. Sophie also conducts internal investigations and advises on reporting obligations for various types of organisations where allegations of criminal and/or regulatory wrongdoing come to light. Sophie is recognised in Legal 500 and was named by GIR in 2024 as one of their leading ‘40 under 40’ investigations specialists from across the world.
