Richard Stephens

Richard Stephens has been involved primarily in advising the technology industry and has acted in non-contentious and contentious capacities across the range of Technology Law work and also in intellectual property across a range of areas impacting the technology industries. He served as Chairman for two years of the Society for Computers & Law, and is currently serving as Chairman of the Legal Affairs Group of Intellect. Prior to setting up his own law firm in 2004, he had been a partner at two substantial City of London practices specialising in Technology Law.
