There has been a recent explosion in the use of AI. This includes the increased adoption of AI in the procurement process, particularly by suppliers.

This session considers potential benefits and risks associated with the use of AI in bid writing by suppliers as well as from the contracting authority side, both in considering the structuring of procurement competitions as well as in tender evaluation.

The session will cover recent UK Government Guidance in this area as well as providing practical tips to practitioners working in this area.
