Introduction
This virtual classroom seminar will provide employers and HR with guidance on how to deal fairly with allegations of sexual harassment in the workplace and ensure that the new duty to take reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace is complied with.
Consideration will be given to the different types of sexual harassment and how to reduce the risk of sexual harassment occurring in your workplace.
This will be coupled with an understanding of how to run a fair and thorough investigation and grievance/disciplinary process to avoid any reputational risk for your business.
