Remediation Orders & Remediation Contribution Orders - Where Are We Now?

Introduction

The Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA) brought with it the introduction of Remediation Orders and Remediation Contribution Orders. The First Tier Tribunal (FTT) is given the jurisdiction to make such orders. There have now been several FTT decisions in this area adding some meat to the bones of the BSA and giving some indication of what the FTT considers in reaching its decisions.

This virtual classroom seminar will combine a look into the BSA tests and provide an update on the case law in this area to date.
