Employment Law - Recent Rulings & What’s on the Horizon
Introduction
Aimed at employment lawyers, HR professionals and people managers, this virtual classroom seminar will provide a review of recent employment case law rulings.
We will also look at what is on the horizon. The new Labour Government had published extensive plans to reform employment law prior to the election, so we will work through those plans to see what the future might hold. We will look at what these plans might mean for employers, how to prepare, and the likely timescales.
The content of this session is indicative and will be adapted to cover any recent rulings.
