Dealing with Problem Wills - Pre-Grant Problems & Practical Solutions
Introduction
This new virtual classroom seminar will consider pre-grant problems and will provide you with answers and guidance on how to deal with the following situations:
- What to do when a request for a copy of the will is made by a family member who is not named in the will
- How to deal with administration in respect of wills that are held by third parties (families or otherwise) who refuse to produce the original document
- How to deal with situations where you know there has been a will, but you cannot find it
- Can executors named in the will be forced to act and is it worth doing?
