Introduction

Changes introduced by The Law Society in the first half of 2023 will impact on all CQS accredited practices in various ways.

In addition, the CQS onsite assessments are now being carried out by The Law Society and as such CQS accredited firms should ensure they are following the CPMS requirements as updated in 2022, and that they are ‘assessment ready’.

During this webinar, CQS Lead Assessor Tracy Thompson will provide an insight into each of the updates to explain the new requirements and how they will need to be complied with in practice.

Additionally, Tracy will also provide valuable feedback in relation to common areas of non-compliances identified through her compliance assessments of CQS firms.

This webinar is specifically designed for firms who are already CQS accredited and those firms who are currently working towards attaining accreditation.

What You Will Learn

This webinar will cover the following:

  • The compulsory SRO exam
  • New updated CQS Scheme Rules
  • The launch of the CQS application portal

This webinar was recorded on 10th October 2023
