An Introduction to Commonhold for Property Professionals
Introduction
Commonhold is an alternative property ownership tenure to leasehold. The Law Commission has recently undertaken a review of commonhold to explore ways to make commonhold more popular and available. The Government has since set up a Commonhold Council comprising key industry professionals to make commonhold work. Following changes to the leasehold system, commonhold could become a more viable tenure in the future.
This virtual classroom seminar provides an overview for those keen to obtain a better understanding of what commonhold is.
